INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery of Plaques and Medals for various Activities during Kasadya sa Timpupo 2025

1. The City Government of Kidapawan, using a single-year for a duration of Twenty (20) Calendar Days Framework Agreement, through the Office of the City Mayor-Culture & Arts Promotion Development Program (100-02-01-001-19) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php299,950.00), and the PB2025-07-130G being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Plaques and Medals for various Activities during Kasadya sa Timpupo 2025. Delivery of the Goods is required within after issuance of a Call-Off.
