INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Delivery of Plaques and Medals for the use of the City Mayor-s Office, Kidapawan City

1. The City Government of Kidapawan, using a single-year for a duration of Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days Framework Agreement, through the Office of the City Mayor (100-02-01-001) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (Php299,950.00), and the PB2025-03-037G being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Plaques and Medals for the use of the City Mayor-s Office, Kidapawan City. Delivery of the Goods is required within after issuance of a Call-Off.
