Supply and Delivery of Pipelines and Appurtenances under
2024 LWUA ICG Project Loan Fund
1. The Lobo Water District, through the Expansion and Improvement of Existing Water
Supply System Project under 2024 LWUA ICG intends to apply the sum of Five Million
Four Hundred Forty One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Four Pesos (Php
5,441,834.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Supply and Delivery of Pipelines and Appurtenances under 2024 LWUA ICG
Project Loan Fund with contract identification PR No. 2025-01-17. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Lobo Water District now invites bids for the supply and delivery of various materials
and fittings such as uPVC pipes and CI fittings. Delivery of the Goods is required within
Fifteen (15) days after receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within
the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
