GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The quotation may be typewritten or handwritten if you choose to use this form. You can also use your own form provided that it must be duly signed by a duly authorized representative. Unsigned quotations shall be automatically rejected.
2. The submission period of the quotation is until October 13, 2025 with delivery period/terms of thirty (30) working days.
