Description : 1) The Bureau of Customs through the authorized appropriations under the CY 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Seven Pesos and 6/100 (PhP34,886,507.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) and Other Related Products and Services”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Customs now invites bids for “Supply and Delivery of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL) and Other Related Products and Services” using the Renewal of Regular and Recurring Services. Delivery of the Goods is required for July 2026 to December 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
