SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PETROLEUM FUELS AND LUBRICANTS
FOR THE CONCRETING OF MABINI HOMESITE ROAD

1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixty-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos (₱ 1,061,438.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Petroleum Fuels and Lubricants for the Concreting of Mabini Homesite Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Cabanatuan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-One (41) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
