The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the authorized appropriations under the 2025 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos Only (Php 1,999,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 11662232 /LGUBS-GD-25-01-002 , Supply and Delivery of Petroleum Fuel, Oil and Lubricants (POL) Product of the Local Government Unit, Basey. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
