Description : The Local Government Unit of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, through the 5% Calamity-70% Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE PESOS AND SEVENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (PHP 136,933.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE GEAR/RESCUE/OFFICE EQUIPMENT under PR No. 2025-09-699 dated September 30, 2025.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRRA-A) of Republic Act. No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act. Only Bids from Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.
