1. Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit or send your quotation/s duly signed by your authorized representative in a sealed envelope with quotation No. outside the envelope not later than May 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM to the BAC Office, DepEd, City Schools Division of Tacurong, Alunan Highway, Tacurong City. Opening of quotation will follow after the deadline. Quotation that exceeds the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be rejected. Prospective suppliers shall be responsible to verify the items described below from the BAC Office of this Division with Tel. No. (064)200-6316 & (064) 200-6093.
2. Request for Quotation form may be acquired by interested suppliers on May 27-30, 2025, 9:00 AM from the given address and upon payment of Php.500.00. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, or through electronic means.
