  Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASTEURIZED MILK FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL MILK PROGRAM (SMP) SY 2025-2026
  Pasteurized Milk serving size should be 200 ml per pack. Maybe flavored or non-flavored. Should be received in good condition, not expired, no signs of spoilage, not curdled, not slimy and no sour smell.
  Should be delivered frozen. Individually packed in food-grade polyethylene pouches or high-density polyethylene(HDPE), polyethylene terephthalate(PET) bottles or gable top.
  Should indicate the batch and lot numbers. Packaging must clearly and readably indicate the manufacturing date and the expiration date which should be a week (7 days) from the date of delivery and there must be a laser printed sign per pack or through the use of thermal or waterproof sticker that indicates "DepEd SBFP, NOT FOR SALE".
