SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASTEURIZED FRESH MILK FOR
SCHOOL BASED FEEDING PROGRAM 2025-2026
SDOPC 2025-09-008-PB

1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City, through Sub-ARO No. NCR-25-02-058 dated February 12, 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos only (Php2,189,880.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Pasteurized Fresh Milk for School Based Feeding Program 2025-2026 (SDOPC-2025-08-008-PB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2025-08-65-PB dated August 11, 2025. Completion of services is required for three (3) weeks duration. Furthermore, delivery should be based on the prepared distribution list prepared by the end-user and goods should be delivered in styro boxes/packs per drop off point.
