  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASTEURIZED FRESH MILK COMPONENT
  FOR SCHOOL BASED FEEDING PROGRAM 2024-2025

  1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City, through Sub-ARO No. NCR-24-02-058 dated February 8, 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos only (Php2,391,660.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Additional Pasteurized Fresh Milk Component for School Based Feeding Program 2024-2025 (SDOPC-2025-01-003-PB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Pasay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2025-01-01-PB dated January 10, 2025. Completion of services is required for six (6) weeks duration.
