The Schools Division Office Valenzuela through the Sub-Aro No. NCR-25-02-063 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php3,997,980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Pasteurized Fresh Milk as follows:
