Description : 1. Pursuant to Section 35.11 of Republic Act No. 12009 otherwise known as “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”, the Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites technically and financially capable bidders to participate in the negotiation for the project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PASTEURIZED AND STERILIZED FRESH MILK - LOT 2 - STERILIZED FRESH MILK with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php 3,999,930.00 (Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Negotiations shall be open to all interested bidders. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.

3. Negotiations, Submission and Opening of Best Offer will be on JANUARY 27, 2026, 11:00A.M., at the 2nd Floor Library Hub Conference Room, DepEd, Schools Division of Negros Oriental, Daro, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City.
