1)The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025, with a total sum of Five Million Forty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and 31/100 (PhP5,043,660.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Parts for the Fourth (4th) Quarter Preventive Maintenance Schedule of Various NHQ-PCG and Tenant Units Land Motor Vehicles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Parts for the Fourth (4th) Quarter Preventive Maintenance Schedule of Various NHQ-PCG and Tenant Units Land Motor Vehicles with Competitive Bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest/Single Calculated Bid (L/SCB) as an award criterion.
