Note:
Suppliers are advised to submit (together with the filled-out RFQ), valid Mayor's Permit, DTI Registration, BIR Registration, PhilGEPS Registration, and notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement.

We will prioritize suppliers from within Camarines Sur only for accessibility in getting the body measurements, fitting, and repair/adjustments (if necessary).
