  1) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, MDRRMF-General Fund, Annual Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos (1,677,964.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials (Rescue and Emergency Response Project)/ 2026 B-01.083. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
