1. The City Government of San Pedro, Laguna through the 2023 Budget Approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Php 999,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for DEPed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
