Invitation to Bid

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ORGANIC VEGETABLE GARDENING AND PROVISION OF FARM MACHINERIES FOR ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF TAPAZ

1.The Municipality of Tapaz, through Trust Fund (TF) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos (₱ 497,490.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Organic Vegetable Gardening and Provision of Farm Machineries for Association of Municiplity of Tapaz with ID No. 007-2025-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
