Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php20,124,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of organic insecticide for rehabilitation intervention to areas affected by calamities in MIMAROPA region. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-titled procurement with the following items as follows:
