Supply and Delivery of OPT MATERIALS for use of Provincial Health Office (PHO)
SOURCE OF FUND: TRUST FUND [2-02-01-050-105-31-1]

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to procure Supply and Delivery of OPT MATERIALS for use of Provincial Health Office (PHO) with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php220,000.00)

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said bid. Delivery of the goods is within 7 Calendar Days.

3. The procurement procedure for the requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to section 35.1 of the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”.
