Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (1,117) BAGS HYBRID YELLOW CORN SEEDS (NSIC 2021 GMCn 75)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Two Thousand Pesos (PhP6,702,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (1,117) BAGS HYBRID YELLOW CORN SEEDS with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2025-GOODS-076. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
