  INCLUSIONS:
  
  Provide manpower with personnel protective equipment (PPE). Loading of waste and final disposal
  All hazardous waste must be disposed within 90 days.
  Company must be accredited with the Environment and Natural Resources as transporter with treatment plant facility.
  Company shall collect, treat, and dispose only the following categories of hazardous healthcare waste;
  a. Infectious waste;
  
  b. Sharps, including ampoules, vials, broken glass, and hypodemic needles;
  
  c. pharmaceutical waste, such as empty bottles, expired non-liquid medicines, and related items;
  
  d. Radioactive waste, subject to a mandatory 60-day decay period prior to treatment.
