Description : I. Purpose
The purpose of procurement of supply and delivery of one lot branded laptop computers will be to provide IPOPHL employees with computing equipment that can securely connect to the IPOPHL network infrastructure, whether they work within the office or in a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.

II. Approved Budget For Contract
The approved budget for the project will be sourced through the IPOPHL Approved Annual Procurement Plan CY 2025 amounting to PhP10.745M inclusive of VAT and other government taxes.

III. Specifications/Requirements
Herein are the technical specifications for the lease of various laptop computers for procurement as follows:
a. Eight (8) units of high-end branded laptop computers
b. Sixty-one (61) units of entry-level branded laptop computers
c. One hundred twenty-nine (129) units of mid-range branded laptop computer

Detailed requirement specifications are discussed in Annex "A".

IV. Delivery
The supply and delivery of one lot of branded laptop computers must be delivered within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
