The service provider shall provide software subscription subject to the following requirements:
A. Performance/Design Requirements
1. Must have a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that natively supports the creation and modification of the following file formats: *.v, *.vhd, *.bit, *.c, *.h, *.tcl;
2. Must support the full workflow of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) and System-on-Chip (SoC) development from design entry to device configuration;
3. Must be able to support block-based system design;
4. Must support Register Transfer Level (RTL) debug and integrated logic analyzer;
5. Must include a library of Intellectual Property (IP) cores and integrated blocks to incorporate into the user-s design;
6. Must support integrated structural, behavioral, and back-annotated design simulation;
B. Licensing, Subscription and Duration
1. Must be platinum floating license with single seat locked to a specific server machine;
