1. Must be able to perform all functionalities required for the whole FPGA development process:
a. Register Transfer Logic (RTL) design
b. Simulations
c. Floor planning
d. Place and Route
e. Bitstream generation
f. FPGA configuration
2. Must have support for the following FPGA devices:
a. XCKU115-FLVB1760-2-i
b. XCKU085I-2
c. XC7Z030-2FBG4841
B. Software License and Duration
1. Supplier must provide at least one (1) seat license.
2. Software license must be in the name of the Philippine Space Agency as end-user.
3. Software license must be available for use for at least one (1) year.
C. Delivery
1. Software license must be delivered within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP), through secure electronic file transfer or via email.
D. Aftersales Service and Support
1. Must provide at least one (1) year support and maintenance.
