1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos (Php 13,446,405.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following Invitation to Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
