Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT VARIOUS
DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR THE THIRD QUARTER FY 2025 (G-2025-24)

1) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office 8 (BJMPRO-8),
through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 4 intends to apply the sum of Two
Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and
Fifty Centavos Only (Php 2,545,871.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for G-2025-24. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office 8 now invites bids
for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Various Drugs and Medicines for the Third
Quarter FY 2025 (G-2025-24) using the Competitive Bidding Procedures. Delivery of
the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to
Proceed and Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years
