INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT TUKTUK VEHICLE FOR MONITORING OPERATIONS OF OMAD/PESO

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (₱270,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR5407. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites suppliers to submit price quotations for the above project. Delivery of the goods shall be within thirty (30) calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

3. Interested SUPPLIERS may obtain or acquired further information from Local Government Unit of Gubat and inspect the Request for Quotation at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
