8. WARRANTY:
From the date of delivery and acceptance of the product
the winning bidder shall warrant that the product is free
from defects in materials and workmanship and shall
undertake repair or replacement of any part (s) or portion
of the equipment without cost to the government. Warranty
period shall be at least five (5) years on compressor and
one (1) year on parts and service. If the unit is
malfunctioning or inoperable, the Supplier shall provide
maintenance service within seventy-two (72) hours after
receipt of notification at no cost to NFA.
