1. The Municipal Government of Naujan - Bids and Awards Committee, through its Municipality-s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Trust Fund under LDRRMF-2024 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Rescue Vehicle to be used for Emergency Transport of Patients and Rescue Operation of the MDRRMO, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro/GOODS 2025-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
