INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN”

1) The Department of Budget and Management-National Capital Region (DBM-NCR), through the Fiscal Year 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) Early Procurement Activity intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 2,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Passenger Van with Project ID No. DBM-NCR 2025-12-0001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
