SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT MULTI-PURPOSE VAN FOR THE MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE

1. The Local Government of Caramoan, through the 20% LDF Year End Balance 2023 - Supplemental Budget No. 1, s. 2024 intends to apply the sum of ₱1,378,425.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT MULTI-PURPOSE VAN FOR THE MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE with Project Identification Number GOOD-2024-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Purpose: For transport of agricultural produce and implementation of R.A. 9482 and other agricultural laws

2. The LGU Caramoan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
