1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” now requests for submission of price quotations for the procurement of the aforesaid items described in the Technical Specifications.

2. The DENR-EMB intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php210,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) charged against the GAA 2025 to payments under the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT COLONY COUNTER AND TWO (2) UNITS BACTE INCINERATOR FOR QUALITY CONTROL IN MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING 2025-RFQ-07-116. Bids received in-excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
