1.The TARLAC AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY now invites bids for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW SPORTS UTILITY VEHICLE” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 2,500,000.00). The delivery of the Goods is 30 Calendar days.
2.The TAU Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the project.
3.The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
