1) The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Trust Fund LDDDRF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Six Pesos and 78/100 (Php1,684,576.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Brand New Rescue Vehicles for the use of City DDRM Office for the Operation and Warning Unit as Emergency Response Rescue Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
