Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) with the following minimum specifications:

A. Technical Specifications
• Type: Brand New Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV), 4-wheeled
• Engine: 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, diesel engine, Euro-4 compliant
• Maximum Output: Minimum of 77 hp @ 3,900 rpm
• Displacement: Minimum of 2,499 cc
• Tires: Standard manufacturer size, durable type, with one (1) spare tire and rim
• Transmission: Manual, 5-speed forward and 1 reverse gear (or equivalent)
• Brakes: Front - Ventilated disc; Rear - Drum (or equivalent)
• Air-conditioning: Factory-installed, dual system with front and rear A/C for full cabin cooling
• Body: Fully enclosed type, equipped with side windows, doors, and standard manufacturer safety features
• Fuel Tank Capacity: At least 40 liters
• Color: Standard manufacturer-s color, subject to approval by the Procuring Entity
• Warranty: Three (3) years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first, in accordance with RA 9184 and its IRR
