FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW HAULING TRUCK TO BARANGAY AGRARIAN REFORM COUNCIL AND FARMERS ASSOCIATION

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Sarangani (DARPO Sarangani) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract corresponding to Purchase Request (PR) No. 24-12-000103 dated December 6, 2024 for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Hauling Truck to Barangay Agrarian Reform Council and Farmers Association. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Sarangani (DARPO Sarangani) now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Hauling Truck to Barangay Agrarian Reform Council and Farmers Association.
