  1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Annual Budget Appropriations (LDRRM CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of P 6,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Customized Mobile Kitchen 4x2, 6-Wheeler, Diesel / PBD Goods 045-2025 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Customized Mobile Kitchen 4x2, 6-Wheeler, Diesel using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
