  The Local Government Unit of Albuera, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Brand New Actual Photo Ultrasound Machine with Convex with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) thru 20% Development Fund approved by the Local Sanggunian.
  
  Bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last Five years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted.
