MUNICIPALITY OF KITCHARAO

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT AIRCONDITIONER FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF DRRM OPERATION CENTER

1. The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 5% LDRRM Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (Php 105,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit Airconditioner for the Improvement of DRRM Operation Center with an identification number of 03-2025-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) and the item to be delivered is as follows:
