Description : 1. The City Government of Calbayog, through the budget approved by Sangguniang Panlungsod, CY 2025 GFAB, Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THREE PESOS (Php 2,168,103.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT 4-WHEELED VEHICLE (FOR REVENUE GENERATION PROGRAM-CTO) with Project Identification No. 1011-02-2025-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Calbayog now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
