The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit 24” Interactive/Multi-purpose Touch Screen Monitor”, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
