Supply and Delivery of One (1) Unit
15-Seater Passenger Van - Re bid

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) - APA Project intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,300,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, and Delivery of One (1) Unit 15-Seater Passenger Van - Re bid, IB 2025-49 R (PR 2025-05-0310). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
