Description : 1. The Philippine National Police - Police Regional Office 12, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Ninety Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos & 60/100 (Php 11,094,639.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Various Types of Ammunition for FY 2025 (See Schedule of Requirements) under ITB No. PRO12Goods#2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine National Police - Police Regional Office 12 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by twelve (12) months. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
