1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Five Pesos (Php131,785.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Training Supplies and Materials to be used by PCDRRMO for the conduct of Basic Incident Command System (BICS) Training Course for National & Law Enforcement Agencies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
