1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Fresh Flowers and other related supplies & materials for CY2026 requirement of the Office of the City Mayor for beautification/decoration to various designated areas of the Office of the City Mayor and other offices and Pasay City Hall Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
