  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty One Million Eighty Six Thousand Six Hundred Three Pesos (Php31,086,603.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Drugs and Medicines for the 2nd Qtr 2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Drugs and Medicines for the 2nd Qtr 2026 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
