1. The Environmental Management Bureau-Central Office (EMB-CO), through the
GAA FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php3,000,000.00)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One (1)
Lot LAN Security Software Subscription for One Year, ITB NO. EMB-GOODSNCB-2025-0009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2. The Environment Management Bureau-Central Office (EMB-CO) now invites
bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods may proceed upon
receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) but not later than September 19, 2025 for Item
No. 1&2 and not later than October 27, 2025 for Item No. 3. Bidders should have
completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
