Note:
The Service Provider must submit documentary proof as part of their proposal/bid to demonstrate compliance with the following requirements:
1. The Service Provider must have at least twenty (20) years of recognized experience in testing, inspection, and certification services.
1.1. Supporting documents (e.g., company profile, SEC registration, portfolio, or similar credentials) shall be attached to the proposal.
2. The Service Provider must have at least three (3) years of experience in facilitating ISO/IEC 17025 certification projects, with a minimum of ten (10) completed client engagements.
2.1. A client list indicating project scope and completion status, or equivalent proof of engagement, shall be attached to the proposal
